We are selling you a non-exclusive right to use any track purchased from our music library, provided you purchased directly from us and you paid the stated price. You do not need to pay us, or any other organisation, any further monies. You are purchasing a non-exclusive commercial synch licence. We are the exclusive licence holders of the music works.

You may:

* Use the music in your business, e.g., website, sound track to a wedding video or a student film. However, unless you purchase my commercial licence you may not commercially broadcast this music in a film, radio or tv programme or advert.

You must:

If you wish to commercially broadcast a production using my music, then (provided you have paid the commercial licence fee):

* Fill in cue sheets stating "Publisher/arranger Keith J.Salmon Cae#280533084."

* Include within the credits of your film "music performed by the RFCM Symphony Orchestra conducted by Dr.Keith J.Salmon - http://www.royalty-free-classical-music.com."

You may not:

Use or allow my music to be used on YouTube or Facebook

* Trade in the music itself.
* Sell, lend or hire this music to anyone.
* Sell, lend or hire this music as part of your own library of music to your customers
* Edit this music, except to lengthen, shorten or extract sections.
* Give this music to anyone else.
